Use VLC Player
- Download VLC Player, install it, and open the video file.

- Select Media from the VLC menu.
- Select the Media Devices option.
- Select Capture Device from the Media Devices menu.
- Select Open Capture Device from the Media Devices menu.
- Select “DirectShow Device” option.
- Click on Add to open the Device Selection window
- Select Microphone as your input.
- Click on OK to save the device configuration.
- Launch VLC Media Player.
- Select Media from the VLC menu.
- Select Media Devices option.
- Select Capture Device from the Media Devices menu.
- Click on Edit to open the Device Selection window.
- Select Microphone as your input.
- Click on OK to save the device configuration.
Use MP4Box

- Open MP4Box.
- Navigate to the File menu and click Add.
- Choose a MP4 video file, and click Open.
Edit the MP4 file
- Open MP4 file using VLC or any other media player.
- Click on Add File button and navigate to the MP4 file on your PC.
- Click Open to add MP4 file to VLC Media player.
- Afterwards, click on Media.
- Go to Tools and select Preferences.
- From the Preferences window, select Input / Codecs.
- Click on Audio Codecs and select the AAC-LC codec.
- Click on Save and then OK to save the changes.
- Now, click on the Gear icon and select Convert/Save.
- Select Audio Output.
- Select the AAC-LC codec.
- Click on Convert/Save.
