Resolving civil software Issues: Step-by-Step Guide

Civil software issues may consist of a variety of problems, such as software compatibility issues, import/export issues, and civil program crashes. Because these issues are common, today we’re going to show you how to resolve them.

Run the SFC and DISM scans

  1. Right-click Start and open Command prompt (Admin).
  2. Run the sfc/scannow command.

  3. In case the system files restore option is available, press the Enter key.
  4. Wait for the process to complete.
  5. Restart the computer.

Repair system files

  1. Type cmd in the search bar.
  2. Click on Command prompt from the list of results.

  5. Restart your computer.

Roll back your Windows update

  1. Open Settings and select Update & Security.
  2. Click on the Recovery tab.

  4. Click on Go back to Windows 7 or Go back to Windows 8.1.

Restore your computer

  1. Go to Start > search for Command prompt > right-click Command prompt > select Run as administrator
  2. In the Command prompt window, type the following command and press Enter: DISM /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

  3. Wait for the process to complete.

Roll back Windows update

  1. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update
  2. Click on View update history

  3. Select Roll back to a previous build
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions
  5. Restart your PC

Perform a Clean Boot

  1. Press Windows + R to open Run, and type msconfig in the text field.
  2. Press the OK button.

  3. Select the Selective startup option.
  4. Remove the checkmarks from the Load system services and Load startup items options, and click the Apply and OK buttons.
  5. Restart your Windows system.

Perform a System Restore

  1. Go to Start > type system restore > select System Restore
  2. Select the most recent restore point > click Next > follow the prompts to complete the Restore
