iCloud is a cloud storage service offered by Apple. It allows users to sync the content from their smartphones, tablets, and computers.

Remove other iCloud Photos from Gallery
- Open File Explorer and go to the following location: C:UsersyourusernameAppDataLocalAppleComputerMobileSyncPhotos
- Delete any files that don’t belong to you. You can also go to the Desktop and delete files there.
- This step is optional, but we highly recommend it. It will allow you to work with a smaller number of files.
- Open iCloud.com.
- On the left pane, go to Photos.
- On the right pane, click on Settings.
- Choose Download Originals and save the changes.

Reduce the iCloud Photo Library File Size
- First, open the Settings app and navigate to the iCloud section.
- Make sure that iCloud Photo Library is turned on.
- Now, enable the Optimize iCloud Photo Library option.
- After doing that, reduce your iCloud Photo Library file size.
- To do that, go to iCloud.com in your internet browser.
- Click the Photos tab.
- Then, click the Camera Roll icon.
- Select the photos you want to delete.
- After that, click the X icon.
- Finally, click the Done button.
