Use a third party BSOD fixer

Open File Explorer and navigate to the following directory:
C:Program Files (x86)Panda SecurityFree Edition - Locate the directory named Panda Quick Backup and shoot it to your desktop
- Click Start
- Type in the search bar: “Backup and Restore”
- Click Control Panel
- Click Backup and Restore
- Click Create a System Image
- Click Next
- Click Create a system image on the System Protection tab
- Click Next
- Click Next
- Click Finish
Change the registry
- On your Windows computer, go to Start and select Run.
- Enter regedit and click the OK button.
- In the Registry Editor, navigate to:
HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftWindowsBackup - Click on BackupRestore on the left of the Registry Editor.
- Click on Backup.
- Click on New.
- Type a name for the new backup and click OK.
Use System Restore
- Click Start, type “system restore” and select System Restore from the list.
- Click the Next button.
- Select the relevant restore point and click Next.
- Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the process.
- Use Shadow Copy
- Click Start, type “Create a restore point”, and select Create a restore point from the list.
- Click the Next button.
- Type a name for the restore point and click Next.
- Click the Create button.
Use System File Checker
- Download SFC 4.0 here and run Wusa.exe.
- Click Scan for affected programs.
- Click Start
- Click on Run as administrator
- Click Yes in the User Account Control prompt
- Click OK
- Restart your computer.
Modify the Registry
- Open Windows Search by pressing the Windows Key + S hotkey.
- Enter regedit in the search box.
- Open Registry Editor by clicking the appropriate search result.
- Click Edit to open the window in the snapshot directly below.
- Click Edit in the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetControlBackup key.
- Press the Edit button in the Value data box.
- Enter 0 in Value data box.
- Press the OK button.
- Restart Windows after modifying the Registry.
