Disable Web access
- Press Windows Key + S and enter internet. Select Internet Options from the menu.
- When the window opens, go to the Connections tab. Select LAN settings under the LAN section. Now click Settings.
- Now select Turn off intranet site access.
- Save the changes and close the window.
Disable Web access from the Startup folder
- Open your Windows Search and type startup.
- Click on the first result to open the Startup folder.
- Locate any Disable Web access entries and delete them.
- Restart your PC and check if the problem is still there.

Create a Windows Firewall rule
- Go to Start, type firewall, and open Windows Firewall
- Under Windows Defender Firewall, select Allow an app or feature through Windows Defender Firewall
- Select Allowed apps
- Press New rule
- Enter the name and select Windows Defender Firewall with Advanced Security
- Select Program
- Select Allow an app or feature
- Next, enter the name for the rule and select Anywhere.
- Select Next
- Select Allow
