Disable Web access

1. Press Windows Key + S and enter internet. Select Internet Options from the menu.
2. When the window opens, go to the Connections tab. Select LAN settings under the LAN section. Now click Settings.
3. Now select Turn off intranet site access.
   
4. Save the changes and close the window.

Disable Web access from the Startup folder

1. Open your Windows Search and type startup.
2. Click on the first result to open the Startup folder.
3. Locate any Disable Web access entries and delete them.

3. Double-click the AllowWebAccess value.
4. Set the Value data to 0.

Disconnect from the Internet

1. Disconnect from the Internet by unplugging the modem or router from the power outlet.
2. Wait for the Internet connection to stop completely.

4. Now plug in your device again and reconnect to the Internet connection.

Create a Windows Firewall rule

1. Go to Start, type firewall, and open Windows Firewall
2. Under Windows Defender Firewall, select Allow an app or feature through Windows Defender Firewall
3. Select Allowed apps
   
4. Press New rule
5. Enter the name and select Windows Defender Firewall with Advanced Security
6. Select Program
   
7. Select Allow an app or feature
8. Next, enter the name for the rule and select Anywhere.
9. Select Next
10. Select Allow
