Install Mac OS X on Windows 7: Step-by-Step Guide

Apple’s Mac OS X is, to this day, one of the most advanced operating systems available in the world. Still, many Apple fans want OS X on their PCs.

Turn off Secure Boot

  1. Press the Win key + R hotkey to open Run.
  2. Input msconfig and click OK to open the System Configuration utility.
  3. Click the Boot tab, and select †̃Safe Boot’ from under the Boot options section.

  5. Now, open the Command prompt window as an administrator.

Install VirtualBox

  1. Download VirtualBox, and install it on your system.
  2. Open VirtualBox.
  3. Click the New button to create a new machine.

  6. Select the newly created machine and click on Settings.

Install the latest version of macOS

  1. Visit the Apple website, and search for the macOS High Sierra ISO or download it directly.
  2. Install macOS on your Windows 7 computer
    Start your computer, and insert the macOS High Sierra ISO.
  3. Click Burn disc image.
  4. Insert a blank disc, and wait for the process to finish.
  5. Restart your computer, and boot from the disc.
