Downloading and Installing Sticky Notes Windows 10 Offline

Check if .NET framework is installed

  1. Open the Windows search utility by pressing the Windows key + S key.
  2. Enter “dotnet” in the search box.

  1. Go to Search, type control panel, and open Control Panel
  2. Go to Programs

Check if the .NET Framework 3.5 is installed

  1. Go to Start > type “Run” > enter “Regedit” and press Enter to open Registry Editor
  2. In Registry Editor, go to “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftNETFrameworkv2.0.50727”
  3. Right-click on “MicrosoftNETFrameworkv2.0.50727” > choose “Permissions”

Roll back .NET Framework 3.5

  1. Download the .NET Framework 3.5 from Microsoft’s official website.

  3. Open the Run dialog box by pressing the Windows key + R hotkey.

  19. Click the Apply button.
