Update the Surface RT
- The Surface tablet don’t always gets automatic updates, so it is advisable that you check manually for updates.
- You can navigate to Settings > Windows Update to check manually for updates.
- Download and install the latest Surface RT update to see if that helps.
- Update the Surface RT to the latest available firmware.
- Connect to the Internet.
- Connect your Surface RT to a Wi-Fi network.
- Navigate to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update.
- Search for any available update.
- Download and install the updates available.
Restart the Surface RT
- Press the Power button and wait for the Surface RT to shut down.
- Turn the device on and try running the Flash Player app again.
- Delete the Flash Player Cache
In the Start menu, type appwiz.cpl (without the quotes), and click OK. - Now, locate Adobe Flash Player, right-click it, and select Delete.
- Restart the Surface RT and try running the Flash Player app again.
Reset the Surface RT

To do this, press the Windows key + R, enter control, and click OK.
- Double-click on the Programs and Features option.
- Select the Adobe Flash Player program, and click on the Uninstall button.

Update the Flash Player
