Run the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter
- Press Windows Key + I to open Settings.
- Navigate to Update & Security section.
- Choose Troubleshoot from the menu on the left.
- Select Other troubleshooters from the right pane.
- Click Win 10 Troubleshooting.
- Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the troubleshooting process.
Change your display settings

Press the Windows Key + I and select Display from the Settings app.

Perform a DISM scan
- Press the Windows key + S, type cmd, and click on Run as administrator.
- Type the following command in the prompt window and hit Enter: DISM /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
- Wait for the process to complete.
Perform a reboot
- Shutdown your computer, remove the power cable and wait for at least 30 seconds. Now, reconnect the power cable and restart your computer.
- Try to start Windows and perform an update.
- Open Device Manager.
- Locate your graphics card driver, right-click it, and choose Uninstall device.
- Click Uninstall to confirm.
- Restart your computer and check for changes.
